Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the My Little Voyager platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and My Little Voyager. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

My Little Voyager reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

My Little Voyager is a children’s educational platform providing communication development, language learning and early childhood educational content and activities.

3.1 Access to the Platform is intended for parents and legal guardians acting on behalf of their children. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

3.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of any child using the Platform under your account
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information at all times
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3.3 My Little Voyager reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

4.1 My Little Voyager is a children’s educational platform designed to support communication development, language learning and early childhood education through structured interactive activities.

4.2 The Platform does not constitute and shall not be construed as a medical service, clinical intervention, or professional therapeutic service of any kind. The content and activities available on the Platform are not a substitute for assessment, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified speech and language therapist or any other registered healthcare professional.

4.3 My Little Voyager makes no representations or warranties regarding specific developmental outcomes resulting from use of the Platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support in addition to using the Platform.

5.1 My Little Voyager offers the following plans:

• Starter. Free of charge. Access to core Platform features.
• Premium, $19.99 per month. Full access to all activities, content and features.

5.2 All payments are processed securely through Stripe. My Little Voyager does not store payment card information.

5.3 Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise My Little Voyager to charge $19.99 to your designated payment method at the commencement of each billing period.

5.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to Premium features will be maintained until that date.

5.5 Where a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a Premium subscription upon expiry unless cancelled prior to the end of the trial period.

5.6 My Little Voyager reserves the right to amend subscription pricing. Not less than 30 days written notice will be provided prior to any price change taking effect.

6.1 All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6.2 Requests for refund consideration may be submitted via our Contact Us page within 7 days of the relevant charge. My Little Voyager will review all such requests at its sole discretion.

7.1 All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to activities, videos, audio recordings, illustrations, text and educational materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of My Little Voyager and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 My Little Voyager grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial family use in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of My Little Voyager.

Users of the Platform must not:

8.1 Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

8.2 Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.

8.3 Reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content.

8.4 Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technologies on the Platform.

8.5 Share account credentials with individuals outside their immediate household.

8.6 Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform or the experience of other users.

8.7 Misrepresent their identity or relationship to any child user.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MY LITTLE VOYAGER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, NOR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS OR OUTCOMES WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Little Voyager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.2 My Little Voyager’s total aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the date of such claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

My Little Voyager reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the Platform prior to such changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
