3.1 Data provided by you:

• Full name and email address (account holder)
• Your child’s first name and age range
• Payment information (processed directly by Stripe, we do not store card details)

3.2 Data collected automatically:

• Platform usage data including activity engagement, session duration and learning progress
• Device type, browser type and time zone
• Voice recordings made during microphone activities, these are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers

We do not collect personal data directly from children. All account and child profile information is provided by the parent or guardian.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

4.1 To provide and operate the Platform and its features.

4.2 To manage your account and subscription.

4.3 To track and display your child’s learning progress.

4.4 To process subscription payments via Stripe.

4.5 To communicate with you regarding your account, the Platform or any support requests.

4.6 To analyse Platform usage in order to improve our services.

4.7 To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your personal data for advertising purposes and we do not sell personal data to any third party.

We share personal data only with the following third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase, database management and user authentication
• Stripe, payment processing
• Vercel, platform hosting and infrastructure
• ElevenLabs, audio delivery within the Platform (no personal user data is transmitted)

We do not share personal data with advertisers, data brokers or any unauthorised third parties. We may disclose personal data where required to do so by law or by a competent regulatory authority.

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account closure, personal data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via our Contact Us page.

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
• The right to erasure of your personal data

8.1 The Platform is designed for use under parental supervision. Accounts are created and managed exclusively by parents and legal guardians.

8.2 We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Child profiles contain only a first name and age range, provided by the parent or guardian.

8.3 If you believe that personal data relating to your child has been collected without your consent, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page and we will take prompt action to delete such data.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. These measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication protocols and trusted cloud infrastructure. Whilst we take every reasonable precaution, no method of data transmission or storage can be guaranteed as completely secure.

The Platform uses only essential cookies necessary for authentication and core functionality. We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies.

My Little Voyager operates from the United Arab Emirates. Some of our third-party service providers may process data in other jurisdictions. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify users via email or through the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The current version of this Privacy Policy will always be available on this page.

Under the UAE Child Digital Safety Law you can exercise any of the rights below directly from this page. We will acknowledge every request within 48 hours and complete it within 30 days.
